Thank you very much for supporting Chinese community to survive and thrive in the US! I have one question: I applied for I-140 and I-485 two times. The first I-140 and I-485 are denied, my second I-140 (NIW) is approved and I-485 (7/15/2005) pending. Recently I noticed that finger printing review was finished in my first case I-485, but not in the second case I-485. I wonder that Vermont center made a mistake. Could you please give me some suggestion how to handle this condition? Thank you very much for your help in advance!
