工作綠卡和婚姻綠卡可以同時一起辦嗎

請問諸位，工作綠卡和婚姻綠卡可以同時一起辦嗎？我是２００２年通過公司辦的綠卡，現在就等４８５被批準了。但我今年剛和一美國公民結婚，想谘詢一下如果現在通過我妻子來辦婚姻綠卡，是否可以保留原來的工作綠卡申請。如果有相關資料或信息望不吝分享！
