1.I have to file an I-824 to get another one for my lost H1 visa, the copy cannot be used for the interview?
2.For the 485, because it is just a receipt notice, I have to do like my H1 visa, too?
3.After reading your answers to my questions, I checked the copies of my H1 and 485, I found the receiver is not my address but my sponsor's and my laywer's address, it said like C/O..., this C/O means C.C. or only..., sorry for bothering.
