1st FP, April 5, 2005
just before October 2005 retrogression, I have been trying to get help from Senate or Congressman, but no response. I sent email and wrote letter to FBI to inquire about name check status, but no response.

PD become current again in June 2006.
Between June and Oct 2006, I went congressman office two times, was informed name check pending. Wrote letters to Senate also for FBI name check inquiry but no response yet.
On August 2006, ted FOIA request to FBI after the notarization of signature, one month later, got response saying
no records about all family members. In the meantime, made an infopass appointment to local USCIS office, was informed name check still pending but the dependents' name check cleared in 2004.
After collecting all the evidence, on Octerber 10, 2006, I filed Pro Se WOM (three cases together) to federal District Court in person. Got summons on site after waiting 45 min. The following day, sent out all summons to 5 defendants (two attorneys, two USCIS leaders and FBI directors) with certified mail plus return receipt service
On Oct 20, 2006, three copies of court order were received and served to al defendants again with regular 1st class mail.
After collecting all return receipts (but never got return receipts from FBI) and ting all evidence to court pro se office again, then just waiting.
Just one week before the deadline, got a call from US attorney and was informed USCIS got response from FBI regarding name check but was asked to extend the deadline for more 60 days because our 1st FPs expiredm, would be receiving FP notice soon. I only agreed to extend 30 days. In the evening on the same day, We got three FP notices for all family members.
on December 14, 2006, we retook FP (code 1 only) again.
Four days after 2nd FP, I called US attorney again and advised him our FPs had been done, requesting a Chrismas gift and he said no gurantee.
Today, exactly one week after 2nd FP, I checked email and online messages and found that our three cases have been approved.
looking back, only regret is THAT I should have filed WOM BEFORE October 2005. If we would have done that, the cases would have been approved already.
