ask xiaobaitu and other expertise: forget to fill out part of G-

今天無意發現我少添了Ｇ﹣３２５中一項：
最下麵有個大黑框，要求寫姓名和alien registration number (no idea how can I miss this line).

my I-485 has been pending more than 2 years (NIW, RD: 03/2004, AD: 04/2005, I485: RD: 08/2004). Is this one of reason for the delay ?
