If I can't, how many days do I need to wait?
-------- 2 years ago, if you finish your interview in morning, you can get visa at 3:00 pm in the same day, but now, may need to wait until the next day, please

(3) What kind of documents do I need to prepare for the interview?
------ original I-797 approval notice, recent pay check, company issued letter describes about your company business, your employment starting date, job tile, job duty, job location, salary etc, I-129 application documents, I-20, OPT card, or J-1 form etc.

(4) How many months visa does Vancouver Consulate issue?

(5) I just started my green card process. Will it affect on getting H1-B visa?
