People are wondering if new publications can be useful for NIW RFE.
According to my experience, I think it is helpful to use them to make your case stronger unless in your RFE notice it is clearly indicated that you can not use the new evidence after your submission date.
Even if it is indicated in your RFE notice that you can not use those new pieces of evidence after submission date, it is still possibe for you to use them if you can prove that the work related to those new pieces of evidence was done before your submission date.
