到底什麽時候進行，如果我申請NIW or EA，老看見有人抱怨這個，是不瓶頸阿？
還有就是等排期的政策不是2005年10月才提的嗎？怎麽visa bulletin 的current date for EB2 is April,2005.
還沒開始申請，問題比較傻，望大家見晾。多謝！
