我有個朋友告訴我，她和家人最近遇到這樣的事

一次是她一家三口在公園散步，路迎麵走來一外國老太，那老太很不友好地主動對她們說：不要在這裏，滾回你們的國家去！當時這個朋友一家一時愣住了，當明白老太的意思後沒理她，走了。後來她的女兒上高中在校園裏走路時，遠處幾個外國男孩也衝她叫囂：中國女人滾回你們的國家去！這個朋友給我們說時看得出很傷心，對她的女兒很擔心，請問遇到這種事情應該怎麽辦？（她們住在紐約）

我對朋友說她們散步時遇到那老太，就應該當麵打９１１叫警察，告她種族歧視，不知道這樣行不行？
