Your kids may stay in USA until I-485 getting a result

If his/her parents lost their job,or has left USA,the kids'I-485 application will be denied,after it,he/she has to leave USA.
But if his/her parents' approved I-140 base on NIW or EB1a,they still may get an immgrant visa from US consulate in China ,then they may return USA with PR's status.
