換工作，請教小白兔和其他大俠

我的情況是：EB3，PD AUG,2000，140已經批準，485pending，到明年1月過180天，公司今年情況不好，明年要關閉，我已經在找新的類似工作。請問是否要重新申請140？如何申請轉雇主？需要填那些表格？新雇主要提供哪些文件？
