J1簽證(subject to two years rule)第一年Postdoc.,現在要換另單位的一新位置,DS2019如何辦理?可否申請H1? 如果隻能申J1,是否一定要回國簽? 哪位知道這方麵的情況,請您幫忙恢複?多謝.
