look at the post I put above with a successful case .
I think it is better talk to experienced lawyer to see if they have successful case (job title change similar as yours) before.
The important thing is have DOL officer to believe your case doesn't against law.

這裏的法律重點是在申請中證明申請人的5年相關經驗Showing Increasing Level of Responsibility，具體表現在申請人的工作職位在過去的5年中從Junior Level晉升至Senior Level或者申請人的Job Deion從比較簡單變得比較複雜，或者申請人Supervise的人數不斷增加等等。在申請中還需要附加一份學位鑒定，說明學士學位加5年相關經驗等同與該行業的碩士學位。
