OPT and AOS

I am a nurse student. I received OPT card in September. In october I (and a sponsoring hospital) filed I-485, I-140, and I-765 this October. Have I lost my F1 and OPT status because of the 485 filling? Can I work on OPT now before getting the 485 based EAD?
