我的理解: 隻要入境時有AP就行.

我有一朋友在AP批下來之前急著要回國, 就打算等有了AP是再回來,他向他的移民律師谘詢時,律師沒說不可以.

但結果是: 他在離境頭兩天,AP剛好批下.
