向各位前輩請教關於consular processing申請綠卡

我男朋友說他已經以綠卡身份了出入美國，就隻差正式拿到卡了。如果我們馬上結婚我是否能馬上就申請consular processing？還是要等上一段時間？此期間如果我要去美國旅遊或者探親能順利辦到簽證嗎？會不會說因為在移民怕我去了就不出來了而拒絕發短期簽證？先謝謝各位！
