H1b second time visa interview

I went back to China last year and get my first H1B visa stamp after a 3 week security check. This year I have changed employer but still in H1B status. If I go back to China for a business trip wholly sponsored by my company, how risky is it to get stuck in security check again? I only intend to stay in Beijing for a week maximum. Please send your experience or cite any regulations specifically. The company only has one Chinese and my presence during the trip is very important, not that they cannot find any one who can translate well locally, but because many confidentiality factors do not allow third party's involvement.
