遞過140後回國H1反簽是否增加麻煩？請專家給解惑為感

不想等的這麽心疼，如果遞過140回國反簽是否會增加麻煩，記得簽證時填表有項是選是否有移民申請曆史的，本人H1， 知情人給解釋解釋， 謝謝！
