I-485 transfer question

I have question about I-485 transfer. Usually how long it will take for the transfer. How long should wait for the result. I applied NIW in Sep. 2005 (both I-140 and I-485). I-140 was approved in June 2006. Later I applied EB1b (I-140 only), and got approved in Nov. 2006. Could you give me any suggestion if I need transfer I-485 from NIW to EB1b.
