1. 她打算過來後改H1-B或F1,是否可以?成功的比例大嗎?

2.如果申請工作簽證(H1-B), 如果四月提出申請,是否有等到十月才能工作還是可以立即工作?
Yes. She needs to find a sponsoring employer to file for her as early as possible in April for effective date on Oct 1, 2007.
3.如果轉學生簽證(F1), 不知如何自己辦理?
She needs to get admission from a college or university. The school will have international office that helps with the process. She cannot file for F1 by herself.
4.身份未轉之前,可否申請駕照?
NO. B visa holders generally cannot.
