high PREVAILING WAGE:( help!!!

申請勞工紙時查到PREVAILING WAGE為&58,870, 但我的薪水遠低於此.老板害怕在為我申請勞工紙的招聘廣告中答應給這樣高的薪水將來會有麻煩.即使我承諾實際不要這樣高,他仍然猶豫是否會出問題,會負什麽法律責任. 如申請時我實際不拿這樣高的工資可以嗎? 這影響我接下來的綠卡申請嗎? 我該怎樣向老板解釋讓他可以簽字呢?
