Since VB is so disappointing, I have to find an alternative rather waiting passively. Concurrent I-140 and I-485 to Vermont in Sept. 2005, later tranferred to Nebraska, and I-140 was approved 2 months ago.
I once filed I-140 and I-485 to Nebrask in 2003, and later I-140 was denied with I-485 after the RFE and Appeal for abitray excuses, which I hated to described here.My question is that, now my new I-140 (the same category: NIW as the former one) has been approved, is it possible to ask the Nebraska to reopen or re-activate my former I-485?
If it doesn't work, I'd like to try EB1. If it's approved, can I switch my NIW I-485 to the current EB1 I-140. Your expertise and suggestions are really appreciated!!!
