Advice:
Don't spend time to collect recommendation letters. Petition letter and evidence are what immigrant officer looks.
Recommendation letters are requried by lawyers but USCIS. Because what lawyers do is to write a petition letter for you. But they don't understand your background and they can not ask you to make draft for them if so they can not charge your so much. So, they find a trick, they say USCIS needs these letters, and they know you will make draft for your references. After you collect those lettes and give them, they just assembly the content you wrote to make up a petition letter. Actually you work for them and you pay them not they pay you. They cheat both your money and your work.
USCIS officers are fair and they are trained for their job. They only ask for what the law requests. Anything is not listed on the instrunction of a form is not requested. Trust me, I do two DIY in the same way, one is NIW, another is this EB1A, both approved.
Good luck to everyone here!_:$
