xiaobaitu - plz help! I-765 manner of last entry

My wife came back in Oct 2005, at which point she was in valid H-1, but she came in using AP document.

For EAD renewal I-765 form, what would be the manner of last entry? H-1 or AP?

For form I-131, what would be class of admission, AP or H-1?
