To be EB2, "in the job requirement, we also have to say that we accept M.S. degree as the minimum requirement?"
But on the Form ETA750 section #14, it askes to fill in the MINIMUM education, experience etc. So, even we clearly post the job requirement as "Master + 5 years or B.S. + 5 years", we still have to fill in section #14 the minimum education as "Bachelor", and experience as "5 years", right?
So, how do we make it clear that M.S. degree is also required as a minimum? And I don't think CIS will need
the job posting docs (newspaper ad. etc), they do need ETA750 form, and the other thing is the cover letter from our lawyer.
Looks the cover letter has be carefully prepared to say we also welcome "M.S. + 5 years".
Really confusing. I don't know if CIS will find this excuse to reject our EB2 case (B.S. + 5 years)?
Has anybody got this trouble before?
