H1B 第7年和新工作 問題求教xiaobaitu和其他方家

我的H1B 6年期限到期是2007年8月。我在第一個公司呆了4年，已經延期過一次H1B。後來換了一次工作，在轉我的H1B時，律師幫我延到第7年，也就是2008年8月。我現在又找到一家單位準備換， 在這種情況下，如果我轉H1B，是轉到2007年8月呢還是2008年8月？ 謝謝大家。
還有，如果是轉到2008年8月，我辦綠卡還來得及嗎？我會走EB2.但工作可能要於明年初開始而且有3個月試用期，然後才申請綠卡。 謝謝。
