請大家給出個主意

我現在大概有點過於緊張，不過，心裏真的很擔心。
我的工卡4月21日到期。本來在當地移民局延期當天就給的，誰知道天有不惻風雲，今天去延期說要從此以後必須寄往芝加哥移民中心。就目前移民局辦事的速度看，我對於在4月21日之前拿到工卡實在沒有把握。如果不能順利拿到新卡的話，我同公司的人力資源部商量保留我的職位的可能性有多大呢？我在那段空檔期可不可以使用我的假期(我有一個月帶薪假期沒有用)給自己一個緩衝時間？公司已經批準我三月份升職，還安排了特別培訓，我每年的annual evaluation也很好，不知道這些會不會有所幫助。
