回複：I-485 update email

I get same update today!!

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.
On December 6, 2006, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

You can choose to receive automatic case status updates, which will be sent via email.

I called my lawyer, unfortunately, my lawyer told me that it does not mean the I-485 approved. He has a customer, got this same update but receive a letter that his I-485 is rejected!!

No body knows what this update means!

By the way, My PD is current (EB-1a, PD 10/2004, I-140 approved 5/2005, First FP 05/2005, just have second FP 11/30/06).
