WorthIt or others: Question about 485 filing

all friends here: if the I-140 was processed and approved in TSC and an A# was assigned, when the I-485 application mailed to NSC, how will the I-485 be ended up? Still 50-50 split between NSC or TSC? Or transferred to TSC because the A# was from TSC?
From the information of Law Offices of Jean D. Chen in this board, it seems that TSC will take the case from National Record Center (NSC). Any comments?
