Help: H1B Form 129

In FORM I -129, Part 2, item 4 Prior Petition, If a beneficiary is in the US as a nonimmigrant and is applying to change and/or extend his or her status, give the prior petition or application receipt #.

I came to USA with H4 visa last year, I had never been in USA before. now I am H4 and want to apply H1B,

What should I fill in this blank? I got my H4 visa in US Consulate in China, i don't know where I CAN find my application receipt number?
