But I am still confused. I got this message just several days after my second fingerprint. My case is EB1b with the priority date on August 12, 2004. It has been current for several months. I just did my second fingerprint on Dec 2, 2006 because my first fingerprint has been expired. Now I got an email with this message. From what you said, it seems that it is not an approval notice, is that right? Can you tell me what was said in your approval notice? Many thanks
