Questions on I-94, Xiaobaitu and Mytwocents please help

Hi, brothers and sisters,

I came to US two years ago with J-1 visa. Right now I am AOS (I140 approved and I485 pending). DO I need to renew my I-94 card to keep legal status? And how? Thanks.
