H1-Transfer Question, Please Help

Hi,

I currently work at a small company I transfered this late October. The company has no HR department so the owner has his CPA do the payroll. Since I start working from almost year end, they didn't put me on the payroll, only write me company's check and said they will give me 1099 at year end, and from January, they will put me on payroll. I now know it's stupid doing this way, but I didn't think too much at that time, so I accepted it.

Right now, I'm interviewing another company and very interested in working for them. My question is: how I can transfer to this new company if I get the offer?

I know H-1 Transfer ask for at least 3 months paychecks, but I don't have(the checks I received just regular company check). Is it acceptable if I use 1099 instead doing transfer?. Any trouble with it?

Also, I heard about that you can't transfer within 6 months of your previous transfer, is that true? What I can do? Have to wait another 3 months?
