辦緊急AP的材料問題，先謝謝了

請問，我要辦緊急AP，國內的醫生證明需要公證嗎？我可不可以自己翻譯呢？聽說緊急AP隻有30天有效，我是不是一定要30天回美國呢？我是結婚辦綠卡。
