The evidence sumbitted with the petition indicates that you are an accomplished scientist and researcher abd the important of the research described is not inquestion. However, the documentation does not establish that you meet the regulatory criteria for this visa classification

The affidavits you have ted will given full consideration. You are requested to additional evidence of the type specified by regulation (shown below for your convenience) to establish eligibility for this visa classification.

Such evidence shall included evidence of one-time achievement ( a major internationally recogonized award) or at least three of the following:
