I filed my I-140 concurrently with I-485 to CSC in last Sept., and then transfered to TSC in March. My I-140 has not approved yet. I called customer service a couple of times, they ask me wait for 30 days for the first time. I called again when time out, I was told that I have to wait for 45 days. They gave me a confirmation number, I am not sure whether those guys in the customer service who are in chage of picking up the phone really ted my request to the officer. I wrote a email to the Department of Homeland Security, I did get an email response and said, probably my case will be made a decision at the end of 2007 Fiscal Year second quater.

I have no choice but waiting right now.
