I may be missing something here.

Is it true that 485 will not be processed until 140 is approved. In other words, these two will not be processed concurrently. If this is the case, filing PP will save you a couple of months. If not, then you are right, there is no need to upgrade to PP.

Can someone please clarify it for me? Thanks
