1. 請問這3個月是按照"received date"還是"notice date"計算?

2. 如果local office仍然可以受理, 我是否可以再到local office 重新申請?我聽說local office 快多了.我的case 遞交一個多月了, 還沒有任何消息.我真的急著用EAD.
--------- No. Only after 90 days, you can go to local office and get your regular EAD winthin 10 days. I mean, next time, you should apply your new EAD at least 100 days befor the valid date.
