HELP PLEASE :父母延期證明丟失, 無法再次申請簽證,

父母曾於2001年5月來美,延期過半年. 2003年6月又來美半年. 2004年又第三次來,延期過半年.我們想讓他們再來.被拒.未帶延期證明.老兩口回去找到了第三次來的延期,可第一次來的延期沒有找到.我們有他們第一次來的I94複印件, 不知道有沒有辦法從INS再要到延期證明. 多謝.
