請教各位大拿： 誰聽說過兩次name check request?

I had INFOPASS two weeks ago and officer A told me that my Name Check for I485 is still pending.

Today I went for an INFOPASS and wanted to find out when my Name Check Was requested. The officer B told me:
my March 2004 Name Check request
was pending, and my March 2006 Name Check request is cleared. CIS took the most recent one and thus my
NC is considered cleared and the March 2004 request of NC is not needed.
I questioned him that I was having INFOPASS two weeks ago and another officer A simply Informed me that my
NC is still pending. Today's officer B just said the previous officer might be confused of two Name Check requests.


Does anyone have heard of such two NC request? I was about to file Mandamus in a few days. Now I am hesitating
of which one tells me the truth. I called USCIS today and am informed that USCIS doesn't have this NC information.
Whatelse I could do to find out the truth of my NC?
