請教：140/485 concurrent file時對AP的審批依賴140嗎？

同時申請140,485,AP。 140 based on labor certificate.移民局會
在140批準後才審批AP，還是並行審批？正在決定是否upgrade 140
to premium.故有此問。謝謝！
