140 TSC 28天批準，485排期還未到，真怕被LAYOFF

140 TSC receiving date: NOV02, notice date (sent receipt to me) NOV7, approval date NOV30

接下來的事真讓我撓頭：我公司情況不太妙，我EB2的PD是AUG2005,不知何時排到。如果在FILE 485前被LAYOFF（另一說為FILE 485後180天內），以前的一切就都打水漂了！有什麽辦法能被LAYOFF後保住140和LC的PD嗎（485還沒FILE或FILE後180天之內）？我找份新的類似工作倒不難。
