We called and the clerk just read the same message shown online, can't provide detail info.I know someone got answers from them, but not always though.

I guess that all the 485 are processed though a new system in one center recently. According to the posts here, it seems that no Aproved notice will be sent anymore but "the production of card". Please search similar cases and see...
