2. My current empolyer is very nice to me and I worked very hard and did a great job, my manager definitely will ask me to stay. Would it be Ok if I work for this company from home as part time employee? If it is, Do I have to file amended H1B petition along with my H1B tranfer ?
Seperately. One is extension, and another is transfer.
3. The owner of this new company have a success business in another state. Could that company file my Green Card petition for me ?
Any company can do that if you work for them with H1b and the company like to do it
