In such situation, do you mean that she has to give up the on-campus job immediately even she did not receive the receipt letter? (I mean, we filed I485 for almost one month ago without any receipt letter, so she is now still taking on-campus job, but is this a grey period between file I-485 and receive receipt letter?)
Just curious: what about those F1 with TA/RA? It is kind of paid employment, but does that mean if she/he file I-485, she/he can not work as TA/RA any more??
Yes, my wife will remains in the United States and continues her full time studies and will not travel abroad, will not apply for a new F-1 visa abroad, and/or will not seek to extend or transfer the Form I-20 (Certificate for Eligibility for Student Status).
