關於護照延期

我的護照明年七月過期，到底我可不可以今年12月份辦理郵寄延期？舊金山領事館網站上關於郵寄的網頁已經刪除，聯係電話又打不通。到底可不可以郵寄？大家還有沒有領事館別的聯係方式呢？
