EB1b RFE

I am a Research Associate (=Postdoc). received RFE about my Eb1b, they asked offer letter to show my position is permanent. My Institute told me they can change my title to Instructor, but do not know if this will help me. They ask me to inquire a lawer. Can anyone give some advices. Thanks in advance!
