ETA750中工資和實際工資不同有問題嗎？

我辦理的是RIR方式的勞工卡。公司律師在給我填寫的ETA750中， 第12項（RATE OF PAY）比我的實際工資高。律師給我的解釋是勞工卡處理時我的工資達到所填的水平就可以。
請問是這樣嗎？會有麻煩嗎？
