Waiver receipt from TSC,BCIS

Hi, Waiver Applicant:

I got my recommendation letter from DOS four weeks ago. But I haven't got anything from BCIS in Texas Services Center so far.

I contacted a friend who got the recommendation letter the same week as me. He got the receipt from Nebraska Center one week later after the letter from DOS.

Any other friend has similar experience ?

Any relevant information is welcome.
