I went to Infopass last week to double check my name check status. But the officer told me that my Name check is pending. Then I showed the letter from Senator, and asked to talk to Supervisor. The Supervisor checked it again, and told me they did get my Name check result, however he don't know why, probably something is still under review or they hasn't made a decision of if they want to interview me or not. But he can't change it.
My case is:
EB2 NIW I140 approved
P.D. April 2005
My doubt is somehow they messed up my file, and they didn't update my name check status in their computer system even after they received FBI results. So I am thinking of filing WOM to let them aware of it and process my case, otherwise nobody will know my case is ready without looking into the detail. But I don't know if there is any risk for my case.
